Terms of use

Effective 13 October 2026. These terms describe use of Kilter Hub, an informational editorial portal operated from Jakarta, Indonesia.

They apply to every visitor, including people who read, share a link, send a message, or access the site through a mobile device. The terms are designed for ordinary editorial use and do not grant permission to misuse the service. If a separate feature displays additional conditions, those conditions will be shown before use.

1. Agreement

By browsing this site you accept these terms and our privacy and cookies policies. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Acceptance does not require a purchase or registration. Visitors may read public pages for personal, non-commercial reference, subject to copyright and fair-use limits. If a term is unclear, contact the editorial desk before relying on a particular permission. Invalidity of one provision does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.

2. Information purpose

Articles are general education and personal reading. They are not individual instructions, professional assessment, or a promise of a particular outcome.

Topics may include movement habits, rest, food culture, and everyday wellbeing in an editorial context. Examples are simplified to make a topic understandable and may omit details relevant to a particular person. Dates and links can change after publication, so readers should consider the date shown on each page. The site does not replace a direct conversation with a suitably qualified local professional when personal circumstances matter.

3. Reader responsibility

Readers decide whether information is relevant to their circumstances. Pause any activity that feels concerning and seek qualified local guidance when appropriate.

Readers should use a safe environment, respect their own limits, and avoid treating an article as a personalised plan. A person under another provider’s care should discuss changes with that provider where relevant. In an urgent situation, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a website response. Kilter cannot monitor a reader’s actions or assess conditions remotely.

4. Intellectual property

Kilter Hub owns or licenses its text, design, and original photography prompts. Short attributed quotations are permitted; complete republication requires written permission.

Personal reading, lawful quotation, and a link to the original page are permitted when attribution remains visible. Copying a complete article into another site, automated feed, or commercial product requires written approval. Trademarks, logos, page structure, and original headings remain protected where applicable. Permission may be withdrawn if material is altered in a misleading way or presented without attribution.

5. Links

External links are offered for context. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or later changes.

A link is not a recommendation, certification, or statement that a third party remains suitable. External operators may collect information under their own notices and may use cookies or different terms. We welcome reports of broken, misleading, or unsafe links and will review them in the normal editorial process. Links may be replaced or removed when a page moves or its context changes.

6. Submissions

Do not submit confidential information. By sending an editorial message you confirm that it is lawful and that Kilter may review it for the requested response.

Messages should be accurate, respectful, and limited to the question being raised. Sending a message does not guarantee publication, a reply, or a contributor relationship. Kilter may retain the message for the period described in the privacy policy and may share it with a person needed to answer the question. Do not include another person’s personal information unless you have a lawful reason to do so.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but may update, suspend, or remove pages for editorial, technical, or safety reasons.

Maintenance can occur without advance notice, particularly when a security issue requires prompt action. Archived material may remain accessible with a date so that readers can understand its context. We do not promise that every page will be available on every device or network. Planned changes will normally preserve useful navigation and identify substantial editorial revisions.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Kilter is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general information or third-party services.

This provision does not remove rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. It also does not change the obligation to handle personal information as described in the privacy policy. Where a service interruption or external link creates a concern, notify us with the page address and date so that it can be assessed. Any assessment is limited to the information available to the editorial desk.

9. Law

These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Indonesia, with disputes first addressed through good-faith written contact.

The first contact should describe the issue, the relevant page, and the outcome being sought. We aim to acknowledge a written concern within 10 business days and to provide a substantive response within 30 days where practical. Nothing here prevents a person from using a lawful consumer, privacy, or court process available to them. Any formal proceedings remain subject to the competent Indonesian forum.

10. Contact and revision

Contact Kilter Hub at Jalan Cendrawasih No. 25, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan, 12180, Indonesia, or +62 813 5792 4680.

This edition was published on 13 October 2026. The 13 October 2026 revision clarified submissions, external links, and the response procedure while retaining the original information purpose. Future changes will include a visible date and a short explanation near the beginning of the page.

Use of the site includes reading, linking to a public page, sending an ordinary enquiry, and using any preference control displayed by the site. It does not include attempting to bypass access controls, introducing harmful code, collecting another person’s information without permission, or presenting Kilter material as your own. A practical example is that a reader may quote a short passage with a clear link, but may not republish an entire guide as a competing publication.

Content may be revised, moved, or removed when sources change, a correction is required, or a technical issue affects presentation. Links to external services are provided for context and remain subject to the external operator’s rules. Kilter Hub is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of material outside its domain, although a reader may report a broken or misleading link for review.

Messages sent through the site should be accurate, respectful, and limited to information needed for a response. We may retain correspondence for up to 24 months for continuity, abuse prevention, and record keeping, then delete or anonymise it where practical. A request to remove a message can be directed to Jalan Cendrawasih No. 25, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan, 12180, Indonesia, or +62 813 5792 4680.

Any concern about these terms should first be raised with Kilter Hub. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 7 calendar days and respond within 30 calendar days, unless the issue requires additional information. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to operate to the extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law.

The terms were reviewed on 13 October 2026. Material changes will be dated on this page and will apply prospectively, with a reasonable notice where a change affects an ongoing feature.
